A skilled Commercial Vehicle/Sprinter Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair all types of automotive problems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing problems and performing repairs on Sprinter vans and similar commercial vehicles.
• Performing accurate advanced mechanical and electrical inspection, diagnosis and repairs.
• Collaborating and communicating with teammates such as Service and Parts Advisors, Technicians and Managers in meeting customers' needs and expectations.
• Helping train and assist other teammates as the needs arise.
• Working to ensure timeliness, productivity, quality and come-back expectations are met.

• Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand, as well as ability to understand the speech of another person.

• Visual acuity to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away. Requires extended screen time, including reading and entering information in multiple computer screens.
• Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Requires frequent reaching, bending, repetitive hand movements, twisting, standing, walking, sitting, squatting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular work shift.
• Requires frequent lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions in both summer and winter.
• Regular, punctual attendance is required.

Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position
• Monday-Saturday schedule, nights and weekends may be required
