We're expanding our team and have 2 new weekday evening openings (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and full-time weekend opportunities (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

Position Details
Position: Call Center Representative
Location: In-Office, Oakland, CA (Near Alameda)
Available Schedules:
Weekday Evening Shifts: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Weekend Shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
What You'll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with homeowners who have expressed interest in remodeling services
Schedule appointments and consultations for our sales team
Maintain accurate customer records and notes
Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
Previous call center experience required
Strong communication and active listening skills
Professional and confident phone presence
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
Self-motivated and dependable
Patience, empathy, and strong customer service skills
Reliable transportation
Punctual and dependable attendance
